Mgarr ix Xini is a beautiful protected shallow bay on the south coast of Gozo looking towards Malta with Fessej Rock at its entry. It is renowned for its diversity of marine life with two small caves on the right hand side. There is also a beachside restaurant. Mgarr-ix-Xini has also historical links to the Middle Ages.
